At UNIT-CRAFT, we give the utmost attention to the preservation of our environment. After all, it is nature that supplies us with the raw materials we use to make our products. It is only logical that our priority is to make sure that our source of raw materials is well taken care of and allowed to recover and thrive. We seek to leave the smallest of footprint from sourcing, to production, to the entire lifespan of our products.
The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) logo on a wood or wood-based product is your assurance that it is made with, or contains wood that comes from FSC certified forests or from post-consumer wastes.
Every tree we harvest are handled according to FSC standards. The trees we use come from well-managed tree farms to ensure environmental protection and resource sustainability, while promoting fair trade and worker rights and welfare.
Production efficiency minimizes waste. Some waste materials are recycled. By-products are disposed of according to strict environmental regulations. Non-toxic materials, aside from being safe, leave a minimum impact on the environment.
Well thought out design and excellent craftsmanship allow our products to last a very long time, even under rough play. Aside from giving your brand a positive reputation, it lightens the load on the environment. It’s a move away from having this all too common throwaway mindset.
When our product reaches the end of its useable life, its biodegradable and recyclable properties make sure that it doesn’t end up putting more pressure on landfills.
